Thomas House Shelter provides a safe, supportive environment and the resources necessary for homeless and at-risk families with children to remain together while empowering them to become independent and self-sufficient.

Miami Rescue Mission:
Miami Rescue Mission helps men, women, and children with meals, safe shelter, life-changing residential programs, employment, and housing resulting in transformed lives. Their passion is to follow the Lord Jesus Christ’s great commission by serving others.

Everyone in is powered by United Way of Greater Los Angeles. They are a new campaign in the fight to end homelessness. Join the movement and learn more about their neighbors who are experiencing homelessness, stay informed on supportive housing, and get opportunities to attend community events and tours.

Carpenter’s Shelter

This award-winning organization is based in Northern Virginia and is dedicated to offering hope and housing through respect, responsibility and results. Since 1988, Carpenter’s has helped over 700 children, families and adults each year as they stabilize their lives and overcome homelessness. The organization always operates a day shelter in the City of Alexandria, and an emergency shelter with comprehensive case management and education classes focused on life skills.


 St. Francis Center- Los Angeles

For 45 years, St. Francis Center has provided hunger relief to homeless and extremely low-income families and individuals in Los Angeles. Though its beginnings were modest, the Center’s aim was always high, thanks in large part to its three inspiring founders.


Beyond Housing

This St. Louis, Missouri based organization exists simply because having a home matter. Their homes and housing preservation focus on quality and stability to help get those in need back on their feet. Beyond Housing focuses on providing community to allow their residents to thrive, by aiding with education, health, economic development and job readiness and access.


CommonBond Communities

“A home is the foundation for everything in life”. This Minnesota based organization’s mission is to build stable homes leading to strong futures and vibrant communities. A dignified, affordable home supports independent and community development. CommonBond is one of the largest nonprofit providers of affordable rental homes in the Upper Midwest. Their high-quality development, long term management and resident services for low-income families have improved the lives of over 9,000 individuals since 1971.


Robin Hood Foundation

Partnered with over 200 nonprofit organizations across New York City targeting poverty, Robin Hood Foundation donates 100% of all donations collected while their board of directors pay all administrative costs. Applying sound investment principles to philanthropy and running projects focused on community needs, the organization is saving lives and changing fates every day.


Warren Village

Supporting low-income and single parent families in Denver, Colorado, Warren Village assists with achieving sustainable personal and economic self-sufficiency. The organization focuses on providing safe and secure housing, reconnecting their target families with community support, and self-help services. Warren Village has provided shelter to over 3,500 families since 1974 and has been a proud national model for its housing and programming structure including family services, Early Childhood Education and school-age programs.

United Way

United Way has a network of community-based offices across the country. Mercy Housing

Mercy Housing provides affordable housing and supportive services for low income families, seniors and people with special needs. Once housing needs are met, the nationwide nonprofit organization additionally assists with health and wellness support, children’s educational needs, job readiness and financial literacy.



Money raised through donations of new and gently used goods to Goodwill stores benefits people in need through employment training, job placement services, financial education, youth mentoring and more. Volunteering opportunities include helping veterans build workforce skills, teaching English as a Second Language, mentoring students and more.


Star of Hope

Star of Hope is a historic ministry in downtown Paterson serving the poor, the homeless, seniors, youth, the unemployed, the underemployed and many individuals and families that find themselves in hard places. They do this by working in partnership with churches, schools, and service organizations.


New Hope Uganda

New Hope Uganda (NHU) is an organization dedicated to bringing the fatherhood of God to the fatherless through holistic Gospel transformation in communities. After two years of trials and hard work, NHU welcomed its first 10 children. Since then, the ministry has grown into a work that is impacting thousands for Christ, through the three main sites and throughout its surrounding communities and the nation at large.
